The product and team:
Our Infrastructure Analytics department brings new product and services to our multiple stakeholders in different fields such as support & operations, wireless and wireline networks and telecom infrastructure to continuously improve the customer experience and enable efficient E2E network management and deployments. As a UX engineer, you create UX designs/prototypes and help the Frontend Engineers to turn them into robust, easy to use web applications to empower user interfaces to empower our users to get the right insights and take the best possible decisions with our solutions. You design and build intuitive user interfaces for data-driven and AI-powered tools that help our stakeholders make smarter, faster decisions.
As UX Designer you will:
Design interactive experiences that embed AI at the core of product design
Design and evaluate AI-driven user experiences, emphasizing user control, trust, prototyping, intelligence augmentation, social AI design, and ethical data practices.
Collaborate with teams, work with UI/UX designers to turn mockups and designs into functional applications
Conduct interviews and user research to map existing user journeys and use cases
Create new end-to-end user flows
Validate new concepts with stakeholders

Salary from 2500 to 4100 EUR monthly gross
80 EUR monthly cell phone and internet allowance

Job requirements
What we expect:
Experience turning user insights and product ideas into Figma prototypes.
Experience conducting user interviews and research to shape product design and development.
Experience working with complex design systems and libraries
Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with the team, users and stakeholders.
Independence and problem solving mindset - Ability to work autonomously, taking ownership of tasks and driving them to completion, and finding innovative solutions for complex problems.
Very good English; other languages are a plus, as you're joining a multilingual working environment.
Nice to have:
Familiarity with data visualization techniques and interest in data science.
Familiarity with front-end engineering
