The team/project:

At Team Pandora, we're building AI-powered internal products that empower teams across Swisscom to work smarter, faster and more efficiently.

Our portfolio includes intelligent assistants, knowledge platforms and productivity tools that simplify access to information, automate repetitive work and support better decision-making. We work in close collaboration with business stakeholders and engineering teams, combining modern software engineering with AI to create solutions that have a measurable impact across the organization.

Our team develops innovative solutions that simplify access to information, automate repetitive tasks and enable employees to make better decisions through AI and intelligent tooling. Working closely with colleagues in Switzerland and Riga, you'll help shape products that create real value for internal users across different business domains.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll contribute to the development and evolution of several internal AI-powered products and platforms.

You will:

• Design, build and maintain modern software solutions that support internal Swisscom teams

• Develop AI-enabled applications that simplify knowledge access, automate workflows and improve productivity

• Collaborate closely with Engineers, Product Owners and business stakeholders to deliver valuable solutions

• Integrate AI capabilities into existing and new products where they create measurable value

• Contribute to technical architecture, code quality and engineering best practices

• Continuously improve reliability, scalability and maintainability of our applications

• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions and agile ceremonies

• Help shape the future of AI-driven engineering within Swisscom

AI is at the core of many of the products we build.

You'll have the opportunity to:

• Develop intelligent applications using Agentic AI

• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into internal products and workflows

• Build AI-powered solutions that improve productivity and knowledge access

• Evaluate AI-generated output critically and apply AI responsibly

• Explore emerging AI technologies and contribute to their adoption within Swisscom

What we offer:

• Salary from 3800 to 5500 EUR monthly gross

• 80 EUR monthly cell phone and internet allowance
