The team/project:
NetHawk is a Salesforce-based CRM system used in the network construction division at Swisscom. In this exciting and dynamic environment, you can develop customized use cases to increase the efficiency and functionality of the NetHawk CRM system. You will also work on the design and architecture to create future-proof and powerful CRM solutions together with our team of experts.
You will:
Take over the ongoing development work in Salesforce required for digitalization in Swisscom's network construction
Support the Salesforce architect in the conception of the integrated solution for further use cases in Swisscom's network construction
Support in the creation and coordination of the roadmap for Salesforce-based solutions at Swisscom
Collaborate in the development of the security architecture and data security in the CRM area of Netzbau
Coordinate with business, partner systems and stakeholders for the integration of the CRM solution
Estimate of the implementation effort
Do solution design, development, testing and deployment of Salesforce-based solutions
Collaborate in the agile BizDevOps team

Salary from 2300 to 5500 EUR monthly gross
80 EUR monthly cell phone and internet allowance
Flexible schedule and possibility to work in hybrid mode

Job requirements
3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
Experience with: Salesforce platform (force.com/Lightning.com), Sales Cloud, Salesforce DX, GIT
Experience in Definition and implementation of role and hierarchy models, validation rules, workflow rules and triggers and integration on the basis of Salesforce (REST API, interfaces)
You are solution-oriented, communicative and enjoy working in a team
You like to help discuss new requirements
You are fluent in English
You are willing to take on coordination tasks
Nice to have:
Experience with Java, Angular, Jira, AI/ML in Operations
