The team/project:

Our Salesforce CRM system powers the network construction division at Swisscom. In this dynamic environment, you'll build and extend complex, customized solutions within a mature, interconnected platform. You will also work on the design and architecture to create future-proof and powerful CRM solutions together with our team of experts.

You will:

  • Drive ongoing Salesforce development including solution design, development, testing, and deployment

  • Support the Salesforce architect in conceiving integrated solutions for further use cases

  • Contribute to the creation and coordination of the roadmap for Salesforce solutions at Swisscom

  • Collaborate in the development of security architecture and data protection in the CRM domain

  • Coordinate with business stakeholders, partner systems, and integration teams

  • Connect and work closely with external systems through integrations

  • Estimate implementation effort

  • Collaborate in the agile BizDevOps team

  • Salary from 3000 to 5700 EUR monthly gross

Job requirements

  • Hands-on senior role — you must be comfortable navigating, extending, and debugging a large existing codebase

  • Advanced Apex development (triggers, batch, queueable/schedulable classes, REST integrations)

  • Advanced Lightning Web Components (architecture, reactivity model, lifecycle hooks, wire adapters)

  • Solid understanding of programming patterns (separation of concerns, trigger frameworks, service layers)

  • Platform administration (profiles, roles, permission sets, validation rules, flows, sharing models)

  • Strong analytical and debugging skills

  • Solution-oriented, communicative, and a team player

  • Fluent in English

  • Willing to take on coordination tasks

  • FFLIB (FinancialForce Library)

  • Conga Composer or similar document generation tools
