The product and team:

Our UX Team's mission is to continuously improve the usability of our products by analyzing, rethinking, and redesigning existing processes and interactions within our organization. We convert abstract ideas into feasible and easy-to-implement solutions. 

We support all front-end initiatives within the Data, Analytics, and AI department of Swisscom, using our own DNA Design System as a starting point. 

As UX Designer you will:

  • Maintain and improve the DNA UX Component Library in Figma 

  • Conduct interviews and user research to map existing user journeys and use cases 

  • Create new end-to-end user flows 

  • Design interactive prototypes in Figma 

  • Validate new concepts with stakeholders 

  • Support front-end developers in implementing your proposals

  • Salary from 2500 to 5600 EUR monthly gross

Job requirements

Must-have:

  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in English 

  • Proficient in prototyping with Figma 

  • Experience working with complex design systems and libraries 

  • Strong UX design portfolio with an emphasis on functionality 

  • Experience conducting user interviews and research 

  • Formal design education is a plus, but not required
