Our team:

We are an interdisciplinary development team consisting of 13 people (embedded software development, regression testing, test case software development, support and operations). Although our team is spread across Europe (Latvia, Poland, Italy and Switzerland), we act as one unit and have a strong team spirit.

Our mission:

In an agile set-up and in close collaboration with our supplier, we implement the needs of our demanding B2B Telco mid-market customers into solutions on Customer Premises Equipment (CPE).


As part of our team, you will:

  • Support the testing and test automation of our new "Business Connectivity" products
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of test automation tools and frameworks
  • Learn and collaborate closely with experienced developers, testers, and product managers
  • Help verify that features meet requirements in a reliable and sustainable way
  • Work in an interdisciplinary Scrum team according to SAFe
  • Work in an international environment with stakeholders and team members based in Riga, Switzerland and Italy and therefore traveling to some of these locations during the year
  • Assist the team in advancing and enhancing the automated testing of our connectivity and VoIP solutions
  • Assure end-to-end quality through comprehensive testing

  • Salary from 1700 to 2800 EUR monthly gross

Job requirements

What we expect: 

  • Basic knowledge or first hands-on experience with test automation (e.g. from university, personal projects, internships)
  • Interest in network technologies or willingness to learn (e.g. TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, VPN, etc)
  • Some familiarity with programming (e.g. Python, JavaScript, or any language you're comfortable with)
  • Familiarity with networking-related Linux commands such as ping, curl, ip route, netcat, and others, with the ability to troubleshoot and analyze networking issues
  • Willingness to learn test automation frameworks.
  • Curiosity and motivation to grow in Agile environments (Scrum, SAFe)
  • Independent, proactive and autonomous working style. Team-oriented, communicative, motivational, and resilient personality
  • Good English communication skills
  • Contribute to troubleshooting and debugging efforts, working in collaboration with different teams to ensure prompt issue resolution and maintain smooth operations.
Nice to have: 
  • Ongoing or recently completed technical degree
  • Any exposure to version control (Git), CI/CD, or containerization tools (Docker, etc.)
  • Projects or coursework related to testing, automation, or networking
