We are a Team of 14 different types of software engineers - BA, DEV and QA. We are responsible for for managing the deployment, operation, and security of the Netcracker Cloud Platform. Your role as Business Analyst will be break-down requirements into key features for Development.
Your daily life:
- You design, optimize, operate, and further support development of Access Networks Fulfilment IT systems and Cloud platforms
- You support developing solutions for our technical challenges by simplifying, automating E2E processes to improve quality, stability and minimizing Incidents and down time
- When and if required, you should perform 3rd level problem analysis in production and staging environments
- You are the bridge between development and operations Teams, fostering teamwork and effective communication and are a key to success

Salary from 2300 to 4000 EUR monthly gross
80 EUR monthly cell phone and internet allowance

Job requirements
Must have:
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-organized and motivated
- Sharp thinking
- Knowledge of RESTfull APIs, e.g., TMF API
- Understanding of software development
- Producing Low Level Design specifications from requirements
- Fluent English
- Experience with micro-service architecture will be an advantage
- Open to changes and continuous learning
Nice-to-have:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science
- Certifications in Cloud technologies
