We're expanding our footprint in Riga and actively seeking 50+ DevOps Engineers to join our growing teams within this year.

The product/ Team:

Join our international team of Java developers in Riga, working alongside Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Business Engineers to develop cutting-edge features and services that allow Swiss electrical engineers to work with ease. We value your expertise in creating reliable business and consumer applications that deliver exceptional user experiences.

 


As a part of the team you will:

  • Identify and define software features for smooth operations and lead their implementation across all environments, including production.

  • Work in a startup manner by researching and developing features that meet expectations from Product Owners.

  • Develop and maintain business automation processes using Kogito to make life easier for electrical engineers across Switzerland.

  • Collaborate with the dedicated operations team, fellow DevOps engineers, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters for support.

  • Follow and support the Agile mindset in a SAFe environment

  • Salary from 2200 to 4100 EUR monthly gross

Job requirements

What we expect: 

  • Knowledge of software development (Java) and know-how about CI/CD tools.

  • Knowledge and experience with Spring Boot.

  • Experience with microservices.

  • Experience with software lifecycle development (DevOps).

  • Experience with database technologies such as SQL.

  • Fluent in English.

  • Very good collaborative, analytical, and conceptual thinking skills.

  • Experience in incident and problem management processes.

  • Very good independence in problem-solving.

Good to have:

  • Experience with React and TypeScript is a plus

  • Experience with BPMN process automation engines like Camunda or Kogito is a plus
