We are looking for a dedicated Senior Software Engineer to join Development team in an Agile Release Train responsible for various security and compliance services. The Engineer will play a crucial role in development and integration around existing security and compliance products, and maintaining infrastructure and services, ensuring their scalability, security, and reliability. This role involves creatively finding solutions for various challenges that arise within the Agile Release Train and working collaboratively within the team and across other teams.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage Kubernetes-based applications

  • Manage cloud-based applications, mainly in Python (possibly also Java, .net, Go)

  • Setting up monitoring and observability across different environments

  • Implement security and compliance requirements

  • Contribute to the improvement of processes and automation initiatives

  • Document and maintain internal processes for consistency and clarity

Job requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in software development, DevOps, or related roles

  • Extensive experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Python, and Helm / Kustomize

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure

  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab, ArgoCD.

  • Strong understanding of microservices architecture and container orchestration

  • Effective English verbal and written communication skills

Nice to have:

  • Proficiency in Linux (RedHat); experience with other operating systems is a plus

  • Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana, and log management stacks

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

  • Flexibility to manage various tasks and adapt to changing priorities

  • Experience with infrastructure as code (Ansible or Puppet or Terraform) is a plus
