The product and team:
You will be part of an international, geographically distributed team that values cultural diversity and close collaboration. In this role, you’ll work alongside DevOps Engineers, Product Owners, and Business Engineers to design, develop, and deploy innovative technical solutions that enable seamless digital marketing across multiple channels - including web, mobile, email, push notifications, shops, and chat for Swisscom’s consumer brands.
You will:
As a Senior MarTech DevOps Engineer, you will play an active role in our agile environment, participating in ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews. Your contributions will help shape both the team’s processes and the technical excellence of our marketing technology platform.
Design, develop, and implement solutions within Swisscom’s Marketing Platform to deliver personalized, data-driven customer experiences across digital channels.
Configure and manage identity resolution processes across Swisscom brands and touchpoints to ensure consistent customer engagement and accurate data integration.
Develop and maintain tracking scripts within Swisscom’s Tag Manager to support analytics, performance measurement, and optimization initiatives.
Set up onsite personalization use cases and A/B testing for inbound digital channels to continuously improve user experience and conversion.
Configure and optimize campaigns and customer journeys for outbound channels, driving effective and targeted customer communications.
Utilize advanced AI technologies including Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Machine Learning to enhance marketing decision-making, optimization, and automation processes.
Collaborate closely with the Product Owner, Solution Architect, and fellow DevOps Engineers throughout all stages of the software development lifecycle - from design to deployment and maintenance.
Train business users and practitioners on how to effectively use the implemented enablers and solutions.

Salary from 3700 to 5600 EUR monthly gross (compensation based on your technical expertise and experience level)

Job requirements
Strong knowledge of web technologies, APIs, and microservices architecture.
Proficient in JavaScript, Angular, and HTML, with a focus on building scalable front-end solutions.
Familiar with at least one marketing platform, demonstrating a solid understanding of marketing automation and data-driven engagement.
Experienced with Adobe Experience Platform (RT-CDP, AJO, CJA, AMM, Tags) and related Adobe Experience Cloud solutions (e.g., Target) expertise in these areas is considered a major advantage.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD processes, distributed systems, and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, or similar).
Strong customer focus and service orientation, paired with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Experienced in agile methodologies, contributing effectively within cross-functional teams.
Excellent command of written and spoken English; proficiency in German is a plus.
