The product/ Team:

As an ICT System Manager you manage orders in a large network environment. You are the first point of contact for your internal customers and you are responsible for ensuring that orders are complete in terms of content and platform. Your other coordination tasks include classifying the risk level and being the bridge between the change requestor, change implementer and change manager by dispatching and planning tasks. You also evaluate the number of changes per month and carry out quality controls of expired tasks and changes. In addition, you receive and answer general enquiries inside the team-mailbox. You are also able to plan and implement the connectivity requirements of various systems in the cloud and in the classic data center.

As a ICT System Manager you will:

  • Ensure complete orders in terms of content and platform
  • Classify risk level and coordinate with client and implementing department for deadlines and appointments
  • Evaluate number of changes per month and conduct quality controls of expired tasks and changes
  • Receive and respond to general inquiries in the team mailbox
  • Handle internal escalations and initiate appropriate steps
  • Plan and implement the connectivity requirements of different systems in the cloud and in the classic data center.
  • Arrange meetings with necessary individuals to clarify situations
