The product/ Team: 

Join our international team of Java Developers in Riga, working alongside Product Owners, Scrum Masters and Business Engineers to develop cutting-edge features and services. We value your expertise in creating reliable business and consumer applications that deliver exceptional user experiences across global markets.

As a part of the team you will: 

  • Identify and define software features for smooth operations and lead their implementation across all environments, including production
  • Collaborate with dedicated operations team, fellow DevOps engineers, release management, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters for support
  • Follow and support the Agile mindset in a SAFe environment

  • Salary from 2400 to 3700 EUR monthly gross

Job requirements

What we expect: 

  • Knowledge of software development (Java, JavaScript and technologies linked with cloud native software systems) and knowhow about CI/CD Tools

  • Experience with BPMN process automation engine like Camunda is required

  • Experience with software life-cycle developments (DevOps)

  • Experience with database technologies such as Redis, MySQL, Oracle DB

  • Experience in Monitoring Tools like Splunk, Prometheus & Grafana and Testing Techniques like grey-box-testing is a plus

  • Experience in front end, Angular 14 is a plus

  • Kafka knowhow and experience in any business rule engines (e.g. Drools or JRules) is a plus

  • Fluent in English

  • Very good collaborative, analytical and conceptual thinking skills

  • Experience in incident and problem management processes

  • Occasionally willingness to work on-call or outside office hours during workdays during release events
