As an IT Support you will:
Perform daily maintenance of workstations, peripherals, and the local area network
Independently install, configure, and maintain software, hardware, and devices
Monitor systems and services to ensure performance and availability according to agreed service levels
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, escalating when necessary
Provide end-user support and guidance on hardware, software, and network-related matters (including MS Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.)
Manage hardware inventory and installations, including laptops, docking stations, printers, and other IT equipment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT-related projects, including planning, testing, and implementation of new systems
Maintain up-to-date documentation of IT processes, assets, and troubleshooting guidelines
Proactively identify areas for improvement and contribute to continuous service enhancement
Ensure security best practices are followed across devices and internal systems

Salary from 1800 to 2000 EUR monthly gross
80 EUR monthly cell phone and internet allowance
Onsite presence required with possibility to work from home
Ergonomic home office allowance in value of 500 EUR

Job requirements
At least first-level higher education and 2+ years of work experience in the IT field, or an equivalent relevant qualification
Strong English language skills (spoken and written)
Experience working with Windows and macOS operating systems
Practical experience with Microsoft 365 tools – including MS Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint
Hands-on experience in hardware setup, management, and installations (laptops, peripherals, docking stations, etc.)
Knowledge of or experience with data visualization tools, Tableau in particular, is considered an advantage
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Self-organized and capable of working independently, while also being a team player
Ability to take initiative, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
