We are currently recruiting passionate IT Security professionals who are keen on developing high-quality software and have an agile mindset and appreciate collaboration with motivated colleagues from all over the world. 


As an IT Support you will:

  • Perform daily maintenance of workstations, peripherals, and the local area network

  • Independently install, configure, and maintain software, hardware, and devices

  • Monitor systems and services to ensure performance and availability according to agreed service levels

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, escalating when necessary

  • Provide end-user support and guidance on hardware, software, and network-related matters (including MS Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.)

  • Manage hardware inventory and installations, including laptops, docking stations, printers, and other IT equipment

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT-related projects, including planning, testing, and implementation of new systems

  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of IT processes, assets, and troubleshooting guidelines

  • Proactively identify areas for improvement and contribute to continuous service enhancement

  • Ensure security best practices are followed across devices and internal systems

  • Salary from 1800 to 2000 EUR monthly gross

  • 80 EUR monthly cell phone and internet allowance

  • Onsite presence required with possibility to work from home

Job requirements

  • At least first-level higher education and 2+ years of work experience in the IT field, or an equivalent relevant qualification

  • Strong English language skills (spoken and written)

  • Experience working with Windows and macOS operating systems

  • Practical experience with Microsoft 365 tools – including MS Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint

  • Hands-on experience in hardware setup, management, and installations (laptops, peripherals, docking stations, etc.)

  • Knowledge of or experience with data visualization tools, Tableau in particular, is considered an advantage

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset

  • Self-organized and capable of working independently, while also being a team player

  • Ability to take initiative, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively

  • Good communication skills
