As Talent Acquisition Specialist you will:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, align strategies, and deliver quality hires

  • Source, attract, and engage top IT talents

  • Conduct screening interviews to evaluate technical capability and cultural fit

  • Provide an outstanding candidate experience throughout the process

  • Keep the ATS and recruitment pipeline organized and up to date

  • Create effective job descriptions and postings to reach the right audience

  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring efficiency

  • Collaborate on employer branding and talent marketing actions to strengthen visibility

  • Work with external recruitment partners and support process improvements

 

What we offer:

  • Temporary position for 1.5 years

  • Salary from 2500 to 2900 EUR monthly gross

  • 80 EUR monthly cell phone and internet allowance

  • Flexible schedule and possibility to work in hybrid mode

  • Ergonomic home office allowance in value of 500 EUR

  • Possibility to work abroad for 4 weeks each year

Job requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment

  • Proven experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process

  • Strong knowledge of IT roles and technologies (Software Engineering, DevOps, etc.)

  • Proficiency in ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools

  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and stakeholders

  • Good communication skills in English and Latvian (written and spoken)

  • Detail-oriented, proactive personality being able to manage multiple vacancies independently

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous learning mindset

  • Experience in employer branding is an advantage
