Internship duration: 6 months (with possibility to grow and become a junior contract management officer after the internship)
Salary: 800 EUR (gross)
Employment type: Full time/Part time
The team: You will work with colleagues from Switzerland and Riga on an international team.
Start date: September, 2025
Key responsibilities:
Order and contract management, and initiation of renewal of contracts
Budget management: planning, challenging, tracking, re-bookings
Operational interaction with SCM (purchasing department)
Job requirements
Must haves:
Ability to work precisely and get things done in the operational process
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key steakholders and partners
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Nice-to have:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, or a related field
