The team/project:
We’re the Maze Squad — a passionate, cross-functional DevOps team that designs, builds, and operates network process orchestration for Swisscom’s Access Network. Our work ensures that active and passive network components function efficiently and seamlessly through automation and smart engineering.
You will:
Design and develop front-end applications in TypeScript, Vue 3, HTML, and CSS
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create user-focused solutions with technical feasibility in mind
Integrate your applications with APIs and back-end systems
Contribute to our DevOps environment, maintaining CI/CD pipelines, and deploying on Kubernetes via Docker, Maven, Gitlab and ArgoCD
Consult and co-create with business stakeholders, translating requirements into elegant, working solutions
Document, test, and operate the applications you build — you own what you create
Continuously learn and grow, exploring new technologies and sharing ideas in our agile, open-minded environment
What we offer:
Salary from 3700 to 5500 EUR monthly gross
80 EUR monthly cell phone and internet allowance
Flexible schedule and possibility to work in hybrid mode
Ergonomic home office allowance in value of 500 EUR
Possibility to work abroad for 4 weeks each year
Health Insurance – includes gym or pool/aquatic fitness membership, issued after 1 month, and covers consultations with a psychologist or psychotherapist
Optics (200 EUR every 2 years)
24 working days of annual paid holiday per year

Job requirements
Must-have:
Strong proficiency in modern frontend development (CSS, HTML, TypeScript, Vue 3)
Solid understanding of API integration principles
Hands-on experience with state-of-the-art DevOps Tools and Cloud Native Best Practices
Nice-to-have:
Experience in UX/UI design and understanding of usability principles

Strong communication skills — you can explain technical details clearly and collaborate easily with colleagues and stakeholders
A team-oriented mindset — you enjoy working together, supporting others, and learning through shared challenges
