We're expanding our footprint in Riga and actively seeking 50+ DevOps Engineers to join our growing teams within this year.

The Team&Project:

You will be joining an existing agile DevSecOps team, consisting of up to ten members spread between Switzerland and Riga. As part of the IAM Delivery Value Stream, encompassing around 20 teams, you will have the opportunity to shape Swisscom's future and be part of a growing IAM community. Together, we deliver secure, scalable, cloud-native identity solutions. Our IAM platform is based on ForgeRock and other modern technologies, providing shared identity and access services across Swisscom. We are expanding its capabilities with cloud-native, containerized components and modern CI/CD pipelines.

In this role, you will play a key part in designing and implementing these solutions, enabling secure, zero-downtime identity services for thousands of users and applications.

As a part of the team, you will:

  • drive the architecture and automation of our ForgeRock-based IAM platforms (IDM, DS)

  • be responsible for the software development lifecycle of our applications alongside your team

  • be working in an innovative and supportive agile environment full of highly motivated people

What we offer:

  • Salary from 2300 to 5500 EUR monthly gross

  • 80 EUR monthly cell phone and internet allowance

Job requirements

  • Proficiency with cloud-native technologies (containerization with Docker, orchestration with Kubernetes, Linux/Unix)

  • Experience with programming on the JVM (Java, Groovy or any other languages)

  • Experience in building Identity and Access Management systems

  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and responsibility

  • Reliable, Self-Motivated and solution-oriented mindset

  • Eager to learn and share experience with team members

Nice-to-have:

  • Knowledge regarding IAM Solutions, Ping Identity/ForgeRock products

  • CI/CD automation experience (GitLab or similar)

  • Familiarity with modern monitoring, observability, and security frameworks

  • Understanding of working in an agile environment and delivering incremental value
