Our team:
We are an interdisciplinary development team consisting of 13 people (embedded software development, regression testing, test case software development, support and operations). Although our team is spread across Europe (Latvia, Poland, Italy and Switzerland), we act as one unit and have a strong team spirit.
Our mission:
In an agile set-up and in close collaboration with our supplier, we implement the needs of our demanding B2B Telco mid-market customers into solutions on Customer Premises Equipment (CPE).
As a part of the team you will:
- Be primarily responsible for testing and test automation of the new "Business Connectivity" products
- Ensure quality (end-to-end tests) and develop and implement tools for test automation
- Collaborate closely with various development teams, product management, and suppliers
- Ensure that requirements are implemented in a sustainable, entrepreneurial manner, and according to best practices
- Work in an interdisciplinary Scrum team according to SAFe

Job requirements
What we expect:
Experience with test automation, preferably in network area
Being familiar with one or more of these programming languages: Ruby, Python, Golang, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C, C++
Experience and knowledge of parallel processing, multithreading and concurrency
Familiarity with Linux system, network commands and tools as well as test automation tools like Selenium or Playwright
Know-how in agile product development and system engineering (JIRA, Git, Gitlab, CI/CD)
Experienced with virtualization technologies (e.g. LXC, Docker, Container)
Independent, proactive and autonomous working style
Fluency in written and spoken English
- Technical degree (Uni/UAS/technical college)
- Knowledge in network engineering (e.g. TCP/IP, routing, switching)
