The product/ Team: 

We are responsible for the development and operational stability for the Identity Access Management (IAM) platforms within Swisscom. We design and implement zero-downtime solutions for IAM.

We are currently reshaping our teams utilizing our collaboration with Swisscom in Switzerland and Latvia. Our distributed agile teams usually consist of up to nine DevSecOps engineers, a Product Owner and a Scrum Master.

As part of the IAM Delivery Value Stream including more than twenty teams, you can shape Swisscom's future and are part of a growing IAM community. Using Scrum and SAFe, we trust the teams and are convinced, autonomy and self-discipline will help us succeed.


As a team member: 

  • You help develop and operate Swisscom's internal solutions for IAM - like our Policy Framework;
  • With your team you design, develop, deploy and maintain modern applications used to offer our customers the most secure and reliable services;
  • You will be working in an innovative and supportive agile environment full of highly motivated people.


What we offer:

  • Salary from 2500 to 4500 EUR monthly gross;

Job requirements

What we expect: 

  • Knowledge of modern software engineering technologies and practices  (either Java, Spring Boot, Angular or JavaScript);
  • Eagerness and motivation to learn and grow;
  • Basic understanding of working in an agile environment;
  • You are reliable, self-motivated and solution oriented;
  • Good English communication skills (verbally and in writing).

Nice to have: 

  • Experience with IAM systems;
  • Experience with products from ForgeRock;
  • Experience in understanding technical and business requirements.
