The product/ Team:
We are responsible for the development and operational stability for the Identity Access Management platforms within Swisscom.
We design and implement zero-downtime solutions for Identity and Access Management.
The team is currently being recruited and formed, target size is 11 people (in Latvia (8) and Switzerland (3)).
We believe in autonomy and self discipline. As part of the IAM Delivery Value Stream (aprox. 22 teams) you can shape Swisscom future and be a part of a growing IAM community. The working methodology is Scrum on team level and SAFe on the scalability levels.
As a team member:
- Together with three other teams (internal / external) you are designing a new IAM System for Swisscom, called the “Policy Framework”;
- You will be working in an agile team within a large agile framework where you are a part of the solution;
- Your input is valued and you help your team growing by sharing your knowledge;

Job requirements
What we expect:
- Minimum 5 years Identity and Access Management Systems Experience;
- Certifications in IAM Systems or Technology;
- Certification of passed ForgeRock Trainings;
- Eagerness to learn and mentor juniors;
- Reliable, self-motivated and solution oriented person;
- Advanced understanding of working in an agile environment and delivering incremental value;
- Good English communication skills (verbally and in writing).
Nice to have:
- Experience with Cloud Technologies;
- German and/or Latvian communication skills.
