As a part time Scrum Master and part time Test Automation engineer you will:
- Work in an experienced team with the responsibility for the end-to-end Test automation
- Lead the agile ceremonies, ensuring a culture of transparent and honest feedback and lifelong learning
- Play a key role in our agile DevOps teams to remove barriers and help the team focus on continuously delivering value in short iterations
- Manage the team together with your Product Owner as equals, including explicitly strategic contributions
- Work in an international environment with stakeholders and team members based in Rotterdam, Riga and Switzerland and therefore traveling to these locations during the year.

- Salary from 3300 to 5000 EUR monthly gross

Job requirements
Must-have:
- Experience with test automation OR previous experience as a Scrum Master in a similar field
- Experience with either Java, Python, or Ruby and eager to expand your skill set to include the other two languages
- Excellent English skills
- Contribute to troubleshooting and debugging efforts, working in collaboration with different teams to ensure prompt issue resolution and maintain smooth operations.
- Knowledge of networking principles, protocols, and technologies (TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, VPN, etc.), or a willingness to learn and develop these skills
- Familiarity with networking-related Linux commands such as ping, curl, ip route, netcat, and others, with the ability to troubleshoot and analyze networking issues
- Team-oriented, communicative, motivational, and resilient personality
Nice-to-have:
- Scrum Master and SAFe certification
- Familiarity with Docker, Gitlab, Kibana, Cloud Foundry, and Terraform
- Knowledge on behaviour driven development (BDD), test automation, cucumber, gherkin
- Agile mindset and ability to coach team members
- Flexibility and commitment to continuous improvement
- Hands-on experience with agile methodologies, preferably in an international environment
